Career : Head of Brand Strategy

Key Accountabilities:

  • Developing marketing calendars for brands across the group
  • Monitoring and fine-tuning the calendar to meet business and brand objectives
  • Create and align overall brand and marketing strategy
  • Look for and leverage synergistic opportunities across the group
  • Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and other partners
  • Lead partnerships and alliances across brands
  • Build marketing know-how in the team
  • Lead the charge on digital marketing
  • Track and analyse campaigns along with marketing and brand managers



  1. Male/ female with 10-12 years work experience
  2. Min Bachelor Degree in communications, media or related subjects from a reputable university
  3. At least 5 years experience in leading marketing for a consumer facing brand in the region
  4. Strong analytical and planning skills
  5. Action driver and quick on the feet
  6. Great communication skills across levels
  7. Ability to successfully work with multiple stakeholders
  8. Experience developing, leading a high performance team
  9. English is a must, both oral & written
  10. Ability to successfully work with multiple stakeholders.
